INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER

This position will be responsible for the following duties:

**Cost justifying new equipment
**Managing and implementing capital projects
**Auditing bills of material and shop floor routings
**Providing engineering support for shop floor
**Analyzing scheduling data to update and make recommendations to improve throughput and
reduce inventory
**Work on plant layouts to create more optimal flow through the manufacturing plant
**Time study existing plant operations to document current processes and recommend improvements.
**Set-up and lead process improvement teams
**Make oral and written presentations to management on cost savings proposals and improvement ideas


Qualifications

** B.S. degree from accredited university in Industrial Engineering
** Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
** Able to learn quickly and adapt in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
**Demonstrated leadership abilities.
