Need at least 5 years of industry experience as a web developer, preferably at an agency or in house at a development company. Technical lead experience on at least 3 web applications or major websites requiring backend development.

An expert in:
- PHP/MySQL
- Linux/Apache
- Standards Compliant HTML/CSS

Have a really good grasp of:
- Javascript
- AJAX and AJAX Libraries
- Actionscript

Bonus (but not necessary):
- Ruby on Rails
- Drupal
- Any other web dev framework

Communication:
Need excellent communication skills, ability to present to non-technical audiences & interact well with a diverse team. Someone that wants to do things the right way, not a yes-man or diva.

Documentation:

Technical Guru - most of your time will be spent coding and developing, but also providing knowledge and advice to the rest of the Agency.

- Lead technical team/vendors and provide technical leadership on Interactive projects.
- Assist in estimating task and meeting project schedules/milestones
- Work with internal teams to help design, consult and approve software architecture
- Be accountable for the code quality of all Interactive projects
