• Serve as key member of Identity manager implementation team managing a small team and delivering a project
• Document detailed technical requirements
• Develop code in Java and C++ for system applications.
• Participate in detailed design architecture and implementing analysis that will identify requirements related to people, processes and technology.
• Develop procedures and scripts for continuous improvement and maintenance activities related to databases.
• Interface with Business teams to understand business requirements and create formal requirements specifications (use cases, user interface specifications etc.)
• Research technical problems and assist in identifying solutions
• Integrate technical and application components.
• Participate in identifying configuration changes.
• Participate in implementing all systems to deploy an application.
• Understanding of Identity Management technologies such as Novell Identity Manager, Novell Access Manager, and Novell eDirectory.
• Experience with Identity Manager Driver policies
• Experience with Netware and OES installations
• Experience with various LDAP integration including Active Directory (IDM for AD driver)
• Understand Roles Based Access
• Experience with other Novell solutions (e.g. Net Storage) a plus
• Understand general security technologies, including Windows Server, UNIX, and LINUX operating systems, networking, firewalls, scanners, security policies, physical security, cryptography, PKI, directory services, SSL, VPN, IP-Sec, etc.
