The core responsibility of this position is to participate in the design, programming, and testing of a broad and varied range of software solutions utilizing Microsoft .NET platform. Software Engineers work on a release driven schedule to provide high quality products for direct use by customers and industry clients. Our client's flexible work environment incorporates self-managed responsibilities within the context of a Product Development team environment.

Software Engineer role includes:
•Create software design documents for a given scenario -- includes requirements analysis, architectural modeling, flow diagrams, and test cases
•Implement planned software design using C# and .NET 3.5 libraries (e.g. WPF, WCF, LINQ, etc.)
•Resolve bugs identified through internal testing and customer feedback using TestTrack development workflow and issue management software.
•Provide training and technical aid to our Client Services resources.

Qualifications:
•Bachelor's Degree with concentration in Computer Science or other Engineering discipline characterized by analytic thinking in a software development context
•Demonstrated work experience in role(s) involving software development in Microsoft .NET / C#
•Maturity to manage project timelines and guide assignments through to final resolution
•Adaptability to learn new technologies
•Precision in communication skills -- both written and verbal

Must Haves:
•2-3 years minimum professional experience with C# development
•Visual Studio.NET
•Microsoft SQL Server 2008
•.NET version 3.0 or 3.5
