The Developer Analyst serves as a primary application and database developer and analyst for the Health Systems Quality Assurance (HSQA) division's Integrated Licensing and Regulatory System (ILRS). The position provides expert consultation and specialized analysis, design, development, acquisition, installation, maintenance, programming, testing, quality assurance, troubleshooting, and/or problem resolution tasks for the ILRS application. The position also supports other applications and databases used for the business of HSQA.

A critical component of the mission of the Health Systems Quality Assurance division is the licensing and regulation of health practitioners and health care facilities, including setting standards for entrance into a profession or for operation of a health care facility. The computer-based licensing/credentialing system enables the HSQA division to provide integrated licensing and enforcement processes for health care professionals and facilities within the state of Washington.
