eiWorkflow Solutions, LLC is a software consulting firm based in Albany, NY. We are currently looking for a Business Intelligence Developer Consultant for a long-term consulting assignment in Albany, NY

Mandatory Requirements:
• Four or more years experience with business requirements analysis and data analysis methodologies
• Four or more years experience with Oracle database
• Four or more years experience with SQL and PL/SQL
• Three or more years experience with Oracle Portal
• Four or more years experience with web development and design (html, Javascript, css)
• Two or more years proficient in use of SAS
• Four or more years experience with data anomaly investigation and resolution
• Effective English language verbal and written communication skills.

Desirable Requirements:
• Experience working for a governmental agency
• Experience with mental health data systems and/or Medicaid Data
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
