Technical Project Manager

Our client is seeking a Technical Project Manager to be directly responsible for project coordination and management with emphasis on managing successful projects with both internal and external development partners and customers. Our fast-paced environment requires technical proficiency, organization, flexibility and an ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Major Responsibilities:

• Manage technical projects/programs and implementations

• Coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders

• Drive on-time, high-quality, on-budget program deliveries

• Deliver outstanding value to our customers

• Deliver customer satisfaction and loyalty



Requirements:

* 5+ years technical project management experience -- preferably in a fast-paced, short release development cycle environment
* Demonstrated excellence in leading software development projects (software dev, software QA and/or implementations)
* Demonstrated history of successful relationships with partners and customers
* Excellent knowledge of project management methodology, techniques and skills required to effectively manage, scope, schedule, costs, communication, resources, quality and risk
* Clear and proficient understanding of software development methodology (prefer Agile or similar)
* Strong verbal and organizational skills
* Superior analysis, problem-solving and teamwork/leadership skills
* BA/BS in Computer Science or related field
* Local Austin, TX candidate; authorized to work in the US
