Job Title: Project Manager/Product Developer.
Location: NYC, NY.
Duration: 6+ Months

Job Description: Pershing's Product Management team is seeking to fill a leadership role within the Retirement Product team. This position will be responsible for managing and driving a broad range of projects critical to Pershing's retirement strategy. Strong leadership and versatility is required to drive the organizational strategy forward. This individual will partner with functions across the organization to lead new product development and product infrastructure projects. This individual will report directly to the Head of Retirement Products and work closely with the Employer Plan and Individual Retirement Product Managers and their teams. Project focus will include elements of product development, marketing/sales, operations, technology, financial, risk/control, legal and regulatory. The individual will be required to have experience as a project manager/product developer, a structured approach to project management and product development, and experience in the retirement industry. This individual will need to work collaboratively across functions to ensure organizational alignment and adherence to a rigorous product development approach.
