Medical Technologies Implementation Specialist Needed for Permanent Hire

Our client is a high profile medical organization based in the Buffalo, NY area. We are looking for a Technical Implementation Specialist with strong hands on networking skills as well as medical application systems integration experience, or technical administration of hospital and/or health records data management. Candidate will work with clients on large implementation projects on a national basis to customize medical data management solutions.

Duties include travel to client sites for technical requirements gathering, writing technical and function specs; technical project management and technical delivery. This person will lead projects from initial surveying down to installation and training. 50% travel estimated to start.

Skills Required:
• Bachelor's degree in technical discipline is REQUIRED
• 5 years of technical experience involving programming, network administration, and hardware and software implementations or installations is REQUIRED
• 2--3 years of experience with hospital information systems or comparable experience is REQUIRED.
• Ability to travel very frequently - up to 50% nationally
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with senior management is required
