Creative web designer/developer with strong HTML, CSS and web design skills required for growing London-headquartered B2B software company.

Cezanne Software is leading supplier of software for HR and talent management. With offices across Europe and in the Americas, Cezanne sells its solutions to mid and large sized organizations on an international basis.

About the role
We need an experienced web designer to join the corporate marketing team and take responsibility for our websites and other web-based marketing activities. Your role will include:

- Maintaining and updating company's existing websites
- Design and development of a new site to support the launch in 2010 of the company's next generation Software as a Service offerings
- Search engine optimisation and web analytics reporting
- Design of e-mail newsletters and other e-mail communications
- Developing Flash content, e.g. online product overviews

Your qualifications
You will be degree educated (2.1 or higher) with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to self motivate and to work to tight deadlines.

In addition to a flair for design and at least 2 years' experience of commercial website development, it is essential that you can demonstrate your experience in the following:

- XHTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Adobe Products (Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash)
- SEO / Web Analytics
- Web Standards & Cross-Browser Compatibility
- Understanding of usability and accessibility best practices
- Awareness of trends and latest technologies

Experience with CMS (e.g. SharePoint) or server-side technologies (e.g. ASP.NET and SQL Server) would be a distinct advantage.
