What we are looking for is an experienced Designer to help guide the creative vision of a design team that knows life is short and employment should be an enjoyable experience.

You'll provide a wide range of creative services to keep your brain running on all cylinders; initial brand development, online interaction, interface and game design, campaign development and marketing solutions.

POSITION SUMMARY

As part of the Design team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following areas:

• Help to lead design vision for the organization
• Provide concepting and execution for partner / client brands
• Concept development and execution for marketing campaigns including web, web advertising, online content, rich media, print, outdoor, event, and possibly TV / Radio
• Work with the internal development team on revisions to the game application
• Assist with development systems and best practices in the production of design work
• Work to develop brand standards for various client / partner brands
• Act as a point of review for all design work prior to it being distributed to the business team and partners / clients

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of design experience within an agency or in house design team
• Education credentials to support design knowledge
• Extensive web and online marketing experience
• Knowledge of appropriate usage of the latest versions of Flash (including ActionScript) PhotoShop, ImageReady, and Illustrator
• Understanding of HTML, DHTML, CSS, and JavaScript (rollovers, pop-ups) and the capabilities of web browsers and user interaction an asset
• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
• Ability to manage timelines
