Full Time opportunity for a .Net Developer with very strong formal SDLC experience in the Charlotte area.

Must have solid experience in SDLC . a Minimum of 10 years IT experience creating business software applications utilizing the waterfall, iterative, agile and/or extreme software development life cycle approaches.

Strong development experience in Visual Studio .Net, ASP.Net, VB.Net, SQL Server.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (Computer Science preferred)
Technically capable to develop desktop, client-server and web based applications and utilities that link to SQL databases and selected off the shelf software packages.
Must be skilled and technically competent to influence and collaborate with mid- to high-level managers to conduct reviews, resolve issues and improve controls and practices.
GDI+ manipulating graphical images and matrix transformations is a plus. Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) proficiency and expertise on multiple certification tracks is also a definite plus. Database Replication experience is as well

Stable work history is very important. This is a leadrership role.

Base is in the 90's plus bonus.
