On Behalf of our client we are searching for a Production DBA Manager to join their team in their downtown Toronto office. This is a permanent position and salary is open depending on experience. Our client is looking for someone who has a strong background in an Oracle environment and leading a team of DBAs.

Responsibilities:

-Develop Roadmap for Production Support environment.
-Maintain and develop systems with adequate information of available database capacity and performance
-Maintain and where required develop an ongoing career plan for all database staff

Experience

-Mentor and Manager team of 5 DBAs
-Oracle databases, tuning, troubleshooting in a RAC environment
-Management experience
