We are searching for an inquisitive, out-of-the-box thinker with the drive, passion, and discipline to conceive new visual designs on the mobile, on the Web, and in print. Creativity, elegant polished designs, and an ability to distinguish yourself through your work are all required, as is a love of luxury,
dining and travel.

As part of our team, you'll be working closely with product development, editorial, ad sales, and software development teams at our headquarters in New York City.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Engage in all internal creative efforts
- Develop visual concepts for a mobile Web and PC Internet product with social networking and advertising components
- Design and produce layouts and proof-of-concept prototypes in InDesign and/or Adobe Photoshop
- Create wire frames, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes
- Design interactive navigation, controls and icons
- Architect the hierarchy of content, user flows, and navigational elements
- Work closely with the software team to ensure proper integration of design
- Work closely with the ad, marketing and editorial teams to create powerful, captivating visual messages in print and digital formats.

QUALIFICATIONS

- College degree (BA or BFA) in Graphic Design or related field with substantial work in interactive design.
- A minimum of 5 years relevant work experience.
- A portfolio with significant interactive and 360 degree branding work products that can demonstrate your ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment or other context with limited resources.
- Passion for creating pioneering, top-quality works that bolster brands.
- Strong track record working with luxury and/or lifestyle brands.
- Strong understanding of branding, online/mobile habits, online/mobile advertising.
- Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Own a smartphone and regularly navigate the mobile Internet.
- A demonstrated interest in dining culture and travel.
- Some knowledge of HTML and/or JavaScript would be a plus, although not required.
- Photography skills would also be a plus, although not required.
- Past work experience at R/GA, Ogilvy Interactive, Publicis, firstborn, Razorfish, or other top agency is definitely a plus.
