We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic candidate to join our product's Program Management team as Program Manager. This role will report to the Director, Program Management. Responsibilities will include:
• Owning the collaborative applications that comprise the Telligent Enterprise product. Telligent Enterprise is an employee collaboration application comprised of several tools such as groups, forums, blogs, wikis, file galleries & activity streams as well as key integrations with products like Microsoft Office SharePoint Server.
• Enhancing and defining the next generation of employee collaboration tools that are built on top of the Telligent Evolution platform. These tools will be integrated into the daily life of knowledge workers around the world.
• Partnering with the development, marketing, quality & user experience teams.
• Requirement gathering, conceptual wireframing, writing clear user stories, and triaging issues logged against the work throughout the development cycle.

Qualifications
• 2-4 years experience managing projects that employ agile development practices with a product development team.
• Solid UI/UX PM experience - Experience mocking up and spec'ing UX features with screenshots and ideas to clearly communicate feature needs and goals.
• In depth knowledge of and experience with existing internal collaborative software tools such as Microsoft Office SharePoint Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Outlook.
• Keen knowledge of the collaborative software landscape that includes, wikis, forums, blogs, micro-messaging, & social media.
• Experience interfacing with partners to assist with requirement gathering and prioritization
