We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic candidate to join our Product Development team as Senior Interactive Designer. This role will report to the CTO. Responsibilities will include:
• Owning the Telligent product user interface and experience

Qualifications
• A Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Formal training in graphic design, typography, interaction design and/or visual communications.
• 5+ years experience leading interactive web development team.
• Expert knowledge of the latest versions of Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash.
• Strong knowledge of web production and visual asset creation.
• Detail oriented, highly organized and a keen eye for consistency.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Must be able to articulate technical information to sales and internal production service teams.
• Must exhibit strong leadership abilities and management abilities.
• Self-starter with a high degree of ingenuity to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented business.
• Preferred to have keen knowledge of the collaborative software landscape that includes, wikis, forums, blogs, micro-messaging, & social media.
• Preferred to have understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
