Position Title: Sr. Programmer/ Analyst (Flex Developer)

Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced Flex Developer to work on a long term contract in Nashville, TN. The candidate will be preparing detailed specifications from which programs will be written. They will be designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting these programs. They must be proficient in Flex 2.0 and also familiar with calling ColdFusion CFC's and the Cairngorm framework. This person needs to be able to work at the highest technical level of all phases of application analysis and design. They need to be comfortable training and/or providing guidance to less experienced analysts/programmers. They will be joining a team to create an application that will be a “shortcut” for nurses within the clinics and either receiving/inputting that information in the database.

Must Haves:

• 2-3 years experience with Flex 2.0
• 2-3 years experience with ColdFusion
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Self motivated and manage own time/work

Wish List:

•Experience with Flex 3.0
•Experience with Java or Flash
•Experience with healthcare is a bonus
