TS/SCI Helpdesk Technician

We are seeking a Help Desk Technician to join our team in Ft Meade, MD. The ideal candidate will be self motivated and a quick study. You will provide phone support and in-person support to all users. You will serve as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting hardware/software issues to include email, LAN/WAN, desktop imaging, applications, COTS, etc.

Qualifications:

* Must have TS/SCI clearance with FS Polygraph
* Must possess a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification (or higher) and
* Must have four years of experience in a helpdesk environment.
* Two of the four years should be supporting Active Directory based windows platforms.
* Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and other IT support elements.


* There are multiple openings.
