The Consultant will perform as Technical Project Lead responsible for planning, designing and implementation of data center network architecture for multiple new data centers. Additionally candidates will participate with relocation, disaster recovery and high availability project initiatives. Position requires extensive knowledge of mainframe VTAM, SNA, TCP/IP, NCP, VIPA and HTTP/Server protocols.

Behavior Characteristics:

Must have excellent communication and presentation skills

Positions will require project leadership in support of data center strategic initiatives.

Required Skills:

8 years experience in Designing & installing SNA & TCP/IP Networks in a Z/OS environment

8 years experience with VTAM, NCP, APPN, HTTP, OSA, VLAN, VIPA, TN3270

4 years experience with SMP/E

4 years experience with LRS VPS & DRS is highly desired

4 years experience with Connect Direct (NDM), Cyberfusion, WRQ, VIP is highly desired

4 years experience with Visio, PowerPoint, MS Project, Excel is highly desired

4 years experience with Disaster Recovery

4 years experience with High Availability

Related certifications is a plus
1) Do you have at least 1 year experience working as a : Mainframe Networking Architect
