The objective of the SAP BI Architect role in the NA GDN is to provide guidance in the design and development of SAP BI and SAP Business Objects solutions, acting as technical lead for design, development and support for clients, and driving the development of BW skills amongst the BW Team through mentoring and oversight activities. The SAP BI Architect will also perform data modeling and detailed requirements analysis for BW development projects. The SAP BI Architect is responsible for defining and driving the use of standards for BW work

Basic Qualifications
•
• Minimum 8 years experience in Business Intelligence Development
• Minimum 5 years experience with analytical reporting design and architecture experience using the Business Objects tools, must include Crystal Reports
• Minimum 3 years team lead and / or project management experience
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with BO Universes
• Experience with Xcelsius
• Experience with Web Intelligence (Webi)
• Experience with Crystal / SAP implementation
• Experience with on / off shore working teams
• Other BI tool experience - Cognos, Microsoft BI, Actuate, Hyperion/Brio, Oracle Data Warehouse tools, etc
• 30-50% Travel
