Support a client joint venture with a tier one pharma company. Focus will be to develop a new clinical development service organization. Develop an Agile, iterative methodology that requires face-to-face interaction with multiple Service Development Teams - SDT's. Partner with a Business SME and lead the technology part of the SDT, with responsibility for the technical and information architecture for that particular SDT. Work with other SDT Architects to co-ordinate the specifications in their areas so that they smoothly interface to other technologies and are fully supportable within the IT environment. Maintain technical awareness of developments within technology areas and evaluate the applicability of those developments to the IT Architecture in order to ensure that such developments are exploited for the business benefit of this initiative. Provide domain level support to others within this project team.

Required Experiences
* Line-management for small (4-6) software development team
* Agile development; specifically Scrum.
* Partnering Bkd: with Business SME's and PM's leading development initiatives.
* Hands-on experience in software development
* Interpersonal skills for relationship building.
* Experience with one of WPF/WCF, restful architecture or complex analytics.
* Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit.
* Adaptable and able to operate from the grass roots technical level to high-level concepts.
* BS in computer science preferred
* 10+ years of progressive experience in design, engineering, and architecture, with 3+ yrs of Agile.
* Industry recognized certification preferred.
* Excellent oral and written communications skills and effective presentation skills.
* Capable of coordinating technical services with outside contractors and vendors.
* Able to assess/diagnose problems, identify root causes of technical problems, and recommend solutions.
* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients.
