Experience with product Remedy ITSM version 7. Technical competency in help desk management, Researches, designs, develops, and/or modifies enterprise-wide systems and/or applications software. Involved in planning of system and development deployment as well as responsible for meeting software compliance standards. Evaluates interface between hardware and software, operational requirements, and characteristics of overall system. Documents testing and maintenance of system corrections.
Experience in Remedy ITSM, version 7, specifically database configuration, application design, system to system integration, and data analysis. Experience in Actuate 8, reports design and development. Experience in Oracle database scripts and data mining tools.
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 9 years of professional experience; or 7 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered an emerging authority.
