(Multiple positions) Must meet these MINIMUM requirements Three (3) to eight (8) years experience in technical program management and/or as a system development team lead. At least 50% of this experience shall be in programs with particular relevance to SIGINT, Communications Systems, and Information Technology. Two (2) to five (5) years experience as a system engineer in programs that encompassed systems architecture, requirements analysis, design, production, integration, test and transition into operations. Three (3) to five (5) years system engineering experience obtained in an intelligence community environment. Other experiences desired: Monitor network traffic Be familiar with SNORT Intrusion Detection System Develop signatures Possess knowledge of Network based intrusion techniques Rule set generation experience Strong background in LINUX, MYSQL, SNORT, TSHARK, and PHP.
