We are looking for an expert who has the following skills and traits.

Skill Requirements

* Front end develpment expertise in:
o XHTML;
o CSS (Blueprint framework expertise a plus);
o JavaScript {jQuery, MooTools, script.aculo.us, GWT, or ExtJS}; and
o Flash;
* Expert in theming CMS, blog, and publishing platforms:
o Drupal;
o WordPress;
o Joomla; and
o eZPublish.
* Proficient using Adobe Creative Suite 4, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash, Fireworks and/or Dreamweaver.
* Experience with Subversion revision control system.
* Experience with PHP, Java, Python, .NET, or other programming/scripting language a plus.
* Expert understanding of user experience design, usability, and information architecture.
* Understanding and experience using databases a plus.
