We are currently seeking a talented Sr. Software/Systems Captiva Engineer for our San Antonio, TX facility.

As a Sr. Software/Systems Captiva Engineer for USAA, you will guide and facilitate teams in the delivery of technical solutions. You will independently perform complex work assignments and problem resolution across systems, processes, and channels. You will participate in the evaluation, development and implementation of internal or external business solutions that meet customer needs.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelors' degree in IT related field (or equivalent work experience).
6 years of relevant work experience in systems or development life cycle.
Intermediate knowledge of relevant technical programming languages and/or technical systems.

Preferred:

Working knowledge of J2EE, and SOA.
4+ years of experience with implementing Captiva applications at multiple companies.
In depth technical knowledge within the Captiva application suite.
Experience with Windows 2003 server, SQL server, Websphere, Oracle, Linux, JBoss, EMC storage systems, Documentum, Perl, Control-M
Experience in several industries including Financial Services.
