Required Skills :-

8+ years IT experience including extensive architecture and design skills working on high performance solutions using IBM Process/Portal Server.
5+ Years of experience in Application Architecture
5+ Years of extensive, hands-on experience Application Design & Requirements .
Experience in sessions with business experts and end users to define requirements for design and development.
Good Understanding of Business Process Management (BPM), UML, RAD & Agile development methodologies.
Good Understanding of Service Oriented Architecture.
Experience in working with requirements, interface documents, Business Requirements, functional & non-Functional Requirements.
Evaluates defects from a development perspective.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to work in a matrix organization and team environments.
Strong Analytical skills.
Ability to resolve complex issues related to project interdependencies.
Self-motivated individual with ability to rapidly adapt to new environments and changing requirements.
Ability to deliver given challenging deadlines.
Experience in creating testable and defect free requirements
Manage requirements traceability information and tracks requirements status throughout the project
Service-oriented, strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering service to clients on other teams.
Experience using CVS, SharePoint.
