The People Source has an immediate opening for one Application Development Manager with our rapidly expanding DTC client. The ideal candidate will be experienced in .NET architecture/development and must have a passion for helping guide software development teams towards the completion of successful projects. This individual will manage and lead a team that is developing, implementing, and enhancing an extensible and configurable software platform that will replace a legacy system. This position is perfect for a candidate experienced in team management and architecture/development who also has extensive and recent experience writing code, with a diverse background across all disciplines used throughout the software development lifecycle.

Required Experience:
• Minimum 5 years experience managing software development teams
• Minimum 7 years experience in a hands-on software development position
• Minimum 4 years of software development experience using the MSFT .NET platform with C# as the primary language
• Experience in writing Unit tests leveraging NUnit or MSTest like frameworks.
• Experience working with teams using Agile development methodologies
• Prefer hands-on work with BPM tools (K2 Blackpearl, etc.)
• BS/MS in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent experience required.

Preferred Experience
• One or more of the following Microsoft certifications preferred:
o Microsoft Certified Professional Developer (MCPD)
o Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS)
o Microsoft Certified Application Developer (MCAD)
o Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD)
