Our client, a growing financial services company from the Norwood area is looking for a Senior BA Financial specialist with PM and research experience in Financial investment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and a part of his/her time would be spent on managing the project, key responsibilities would involve gathering, documenting, validating and clarifying requirements. Candidate with technical development background, experienced in defining and refining various aspects of the development process

Sr. BA/ PM req.:

The candidate will be responsible for rebuilding the core, mission-critical system for a growing financial services company. The ideal candidate can provide effective leadership through consensus-building. A part of the candidate's time will be spent in managing the project, His/her key responsibilities will involve gathering, documenting, validating and clarifying requirements. The Financial BA will have technical development background with the ability to define and refine various aspects of the development process.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience with minimum of 2+ years of Project Management experience.

• Candidates with b/ground in investment/financial a must to understand Jargon

• Solid understanding of various SDLC, including Agile and RUP (solid with one and familiar with both).

• Ability to set clear goals and deliverables for the project team.

• Ability to measure and report project status to executive management.

• Experienced in interacting both with expert business staff and highly technical staff.

• Experienced in working with offshore development teams is desirable.

• Proven experience learning complex financial products and new business domains rapidly.

• Experience with formal business analysis techniques such as Business Process Reengineering, Domain Modeling, JAD, Prototyping, Use Case Modeling/Development, and Activity Diagrams.

• Experience establishing and enforcing best-practices and be adaptable to using various documentation methodologies.

• Experienced in coordinating with QA activities.

Tools and Technologies:

• Proficient in MSOffice suite applications, including Project and Visio. knowledge of any commercial CRM system is desirable.KProficiency in analysis, documentation and presentation tools, knowledge of any RDBMS, preferably SQL Server.

• Working knowledge of any Object-Oriented language, preferable ASP.Net/C#, knowledge of layered, web-based architectures.
