We currently seek an innovative web designer with strong technical skills and a proven track record of success in creatively utilizing web technologies to enhance business processes.

Description

Our web designer will be responsible for creating the look and feel of our corporate websites. They may take part in the initial planning of our websites, organization of ideas, layouts, types of colors, images, etc. and other matters concerning the overall graphic design of our websites. This requires a mastery of HTML, Javascript, & Flash. Another part of the web designer's task is to create pages that can be used on any type of server. To do this, they must be familiar with issues of browser/server compatibility, including which browsers and servers work well together and which ones do not.
Plan, oversee, and execute website creative from site mockups to graphic ad and icon design
Create online promotional materials.
Participate in collaborative design and project planning sessions.
Create visually appealing and UI centric conceptual designs for an addictive and captivating online experience.
Maintain and ensure that the brand remains consistent across digital media.
Must be familiar with Browsers and Server Technology to optimize Web Publishing Content.

Technical Requirements:

A strong proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator and inDesign.
Our environment is windows based, therefore knowledge of .NET is a plus.
Knowledge and experience with SEO standards and web analytics.
A competent understanding of semantic markup and CSS standards; ability to slice and dice for cross-browser compatibility
Strong understanding of web typography, and grids.
Fluent in HTML/XHTML; an extensive knowledge of CSS .
Knowledge of Javascript.
Flash.
Video Edition Packages.
