This posting is seeking candidates for a Senior RF Product Engineer to lead RF production efforts in a Honolulu office.

Primary job responsibilities include creation of product technical specifications, selecting and interfacing with supply chain vendors, developing production test fixtures, executing production acceptance testing, qualification testing, and performing yield enhancements. This position has the opportunity to directly influence the future direction of the company as we transform our R&D projects into leading products by driving how we manufacture and support our products for our customers.

Location: Honolulu, Hawaii

Additional Responsibilities:

Other responsibilities include technical reviews and participation with R&D project teams to ensure seamless transitions from the R&D phase to new product development and supporting technical sales calls. Some travel is required.

Some travel may be required.

Required Qualifications include:

-US Citizenship required

-BSEE with 8+ years of directly related industry experience bringing RF products to market.

-Experience in complete ownership of a product launch, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective, and on-time delivery of products.

-Experience using industry standard RF design software such as ADS, MWO, or equivalent.

-Experience in the design, modeling, and test of RF printed circuit boards. Includes ability to coordinate prototype builds as well as successful negotiation with contract manufacturers through to production.

-Experience in using 3D mechanical drawing tools such as Solidworks, Alibre, or AutoCad to create custom enclosures; interfacing with vendors to fabricate enclosures for prototypes and production.

-Proficiency in RF test equipment such as VNA, spectrum analyzer, power meters, and oscilloscopes.

-Knowledge of standard calibration techniques and processes for production quality control.

-Candidates that can demonstrate in-depth knowledge of ISO-9001, AS-9000, and/or MIL specifications will receive favorable consideration.
