Established, profitable and growing healthcare software management company with offices in NJ, NY, IN and CA seeking a talented Customer Support Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a motivated, high-energy person to provide on-site and phone support services for clients using our Pharmacy Management Software, PC Hardware, Operating Systems, and Networks. Support services include software and hardware installation, configuration, troubleshooting, repair and end-user training on the use of proprietary application software.
Responsibilities • Provide technical/product support both on-site and remotely (via telephone) for clients using our Pharmacy Management Software, PC Hardware, Operating Systems, and Networks. • Support services include software and hardware installation, configuration, troubleshooting, repair and end-user training on the use of proprietary application software.
Required • Strong trouble-shooting skills for software, hardware and configuration issues. • Strong customer relations skills; able to work efficiently in an unsupervised environment and apply a systematic approach to troubleshooting and problem solving • Detail-oriented and ability to learn quickly • A positive professional manner and appearance • Valid California driver's license and good driving record • Ability to work flexible hours and travel statewide as needed for client site support
Education/Training • 3+ years providing technical support on hardware/software applications AND an Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Communication Systems or Computer Hardware/Software systems

• PTCB certified as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT), a minimum of 2 years experience with assisting Pharmacists. • Experience in Medication Distribution & Inventory Control • Experience Claims Billing & General Pharmacy Operations
