Job Description / Opportunity Summary: Project Description: This is a production effort to manage middleware business process fallout. The customers purchase and register/activate wireless devices. When the registration and activation business processes encounter errors, they will fallout. The team is required to capture the fallout, determine root cause and take the necessary actions to resolve it. There are various applications and tools to assist with this effort.

Job Description: This position will require weekend hours and days off will be during the week. This contractor will be managing the processing, triage and resolution of production transaction fallout. These critical transactions must be processed quickly and correctly in order for our customers to obtain product services. The resource must be very detailed oriented, familiar with business processes and quick to learn a variety of software applications.
