Senior MySQL DBA/Developer/Architect

Ten years of DBA or Architect experience is required.

Must have excellent communication skills.

A four year degree is required.

The Senior Level MySQL resource will be responsible for all aspects of database design and administration supporting high availability web applications and websites. Must have strong architecture skills and be well versed with common database administration functions like installation, configuration, clustering, troubleshooting, replication, backup/recovery, performance tuning, monitoring, production planning, development, security, etc.



High Level Experience with MySQL Technolog including Programming and Administration
Able to effectively data model to 3rd - 4th normal form
Creative solutions thinker
Flexible with the ability to adapt to change quickly
Able to work with web programmers
Solid understanding of .NET
This is a Sr. Level role in which candidates will be expected to perform at a high level with little no supervision. This decision maker will be able to direct and act as the subject matter expert for everything MySQL related.
