Adaptive Solutions Group is an IT Consulting firm specializing in Contract, Contract-to-Hire and Direct Placements. We are growing with a new office in Kansas City.

An established client in the Downtown KC Metro area has immediate opportunities for Help Desk Analysts / Technical Support Reps. This is a 24/7 call center. Must have excellent customer service skills and technical knowledge. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Technical Support role. Must have experience supporting Windows XP, MS Office, emails (Lotus Notes or Outlook/Exchange) and experience supporting wireless devices (Blackberry). Candidates may have either Lotus Notes or Blackberry support experience. Must be able to work in a 24/7 call center environment. Start on 1st shift. Once training is complete, candidates must be flexible to change shifts. Several positions are available. These are contract-to-hire positions that need to be filled immediately. Bachelors degree and/or Certs are preferred.
