Job Description:
Candidate will be responsible for supporting internal/external customers in an inbound/outbound technical call center team with direct responsibility for resolving customer support issues by phone, e-mail, fax and other. The primary support responsibility is for software/hardware products and infrastructure problems (Mainframe, Telephony, Printers, and Networking etc) currently supported in the support center for other FNF products. Key player in ensuring customer needs and expectations are met and exceeded as measured through department and individual productivity and quality reports. Should possess the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers. Exceptional call center skills and strong knowledge of customer care, technology and techniques required. Flexibility with scheduling as hours may vary and include: overtime, after hours, holiday and weekend coverage.

Education:
GED, High School Diploma or equivalent trade certifications

Experience:
4 years experience in a customer support environment. 2-5 years experience in local/wide area network support.
Must have excellent Data/Keyboard skills (40 WPM)
Strong customer service orientation and problem solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills (must be able to communicate technical information to a non technical audience)
Ability to work as an active participant in a team environment as well as independently
Organizational skills to accomplish a variety of concurrent tasks on a day- to- day basis
Ability to handle an often unpredictable and fast paced environment
Strong work ethic, energy and drive
Desired Qualifications:
Strong working knowledge of MS Office suite 2003 & 2007, desktop operating systems, problem management systems, end-user network administration (password resets, permissions, restarting services), and Active Directory Enterprise
Excellent working knowledge of browser based applications, Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher and URL

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Considerable knowledge of the basic operations and concepts involved with work station components, operating systems, software, and office automation application software
• Considerable knowledge of the concepts involved with supporting small, single system LANs and specialized applications software
• Considerable knowledge of installed local PC/workstation software facilities and utilities
• Considerable knowledge of how to identify and resolve simple problems like hard disc recovery and network driver update by applying documented procedures
• Considerable knowledge of the basics of voice networking and systems
• Considerable knowledge of technical documentation standards and guidelines
• Considerable knowledge of LAN Design, Implementation & Maintenance
• Considerable knowledge of LAN/Desktop/Voice Network Configuration
• Skill in Installing and configuring workstations
• Skill with support documentation tools in work environment
• Ability to explain technical concepts to technical or non-technical personnel
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, clients and public
