5+ years of demonstrated successful project/software management experience with overall project responsibility for the planning, execution and control of software development projects
Project management experience in Agile / Scrum methodologies as well as standard SDLC (waterfall, iterative, etc) and PMI
Resource management required, including resource estimation and allocation
Excellent communication skills in both oral and written form (presentations, status reports, specifications, requirements, process flows, technical diagrams, test plans, etc). Ability to communicate to different levels and groups such as customers, operations, sales, IT and executives
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, or similar project management toolsets for both traditional and Agile methods


Preferred/Desired:



· Experience migrating and training a team from traditional SDLC to Agile methodology

· Certifications in PMP and/or Scrum Master a plus

· Experience with defining and writing Use Cases, RUP, UML

· Understanding of User Experience design concepts and standards
