- Seeking a Business Analyst to support all activities related to manufacturing processes, integrated systems, and implementation of new initiatives.
- Strong experience with manufacturing system solutions a must, however expertise with related business segments (such as Purchasing, Warehousing, Financials, Production Scheduling, MRP, Product Costing, etc.) are a must.
- Must be able to analyze current business rules, identify improvement opportunities, design and implement new solutions.
- A successful candidate must be able to serve as a liaison between the Shop Floor / Scheduling / Production management and the Information Technology department.
- Experience implementing and supporting ERP solutions is a vital requirement for this opportunity. Microsoft Dynamics AX background a plus - not mandatory.
- Must be capable to investigate, suggest and see through approved software solutions.
- APICS certification or related training helpful.
- Even though this is a functional position, strong background in Information Technology is a must.
- Will provide daily, ongoing support to the management / user community and negotiate with vendors.
- Must have outstanding communication skills to effectively interact will diverse members of the implementation teams.
- Candidates local to greater Cincinnati area strongly preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
