Desired Profile

Educational Qualification:-
BTech/MTech/MCA/MSC in Computer Science/Information science/Electronics and Communication or equivalent from IITs/REC/top international universities.

Experience:-
6 -- 8 years of overall design and development experience with knowledge in handling complex backend integrations using Java and related technologies like XML, Web Services etc.

Required Skills:-
• Wide and in-depth knowledge of various technologies including development platforms ( Java/J2EE), operating systems ( Linux, Windows etc ) and technologies ( XML, Web services etc ).
• Hands on experience in JSP, Struts, etc.
• Hands-on developer with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and proficiency to identify and resolve integration issues.
• Good Attitude and communication skills with experience in customer-interfacing roles including high-pressure customer escalations.
• Excellent understanding of software development life cycle and a thorough understanding of industry standard design and development practices..
• Strong estimation, people and project management skills with demonstrated experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Hugely inspirational and ability to build, motivate and drive a team of world-class engineers.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer interfacing skills.
