Job Description
• Create, modify, debug, test, and document PL/SQL, tables, packages, procedures, functions, and database triggers.
• Prior experience with a data modeling tool such as ERWIN is desirable but not required.
• May work on legacy application data migration using Oracle Warehouse Builder (OWB) & PL/SQL scripts
• Checking DB source code in/out of source control packages (VSS, PVCS)
• DB build / deployment support for development, test, and production environments
• Support Oracle DB administration responsibilities for development environment
• Set up, export and import database schemas.
• Manage the technical aspects of the database to ensure integrity/constraints are maintained.

Work Experience
• 5 years of Oracle experience with strong PL/SQL skills, TOAD, relational database design, triggers and procedures in Oracle is required.
• Ideally, would have the ability to perform basic DBA activities such as user administration, schema creation, exports, imports and performance tuning.
• The position will require the developer to have a thorough understanding of the development lifecycle, including software design and development of n-tier web applications.

Education and Training
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, math, information systems, engineering, or other related discipline. An advanced degree in a related discipline may be substituted for three years of experience
