Internet Brands, Inc. is looking for a Lead Web Developer to work on a cluster of hugely successful shopping websites. We are seeking someone with a proven track record in leading the development of sophisticated open source applications in an object oriented environment.

Ideal Skills:

* Min 3-5 years Java or .Net or PHP or Rails programming experience, 7-10 years overall.
* 1 year or more experience with Ruby on Rails is a plus.
* Strong methodologist with framework and OOP experience.
* Ability to design and enhance web applications.
* Light HTTPD, jQuery, JavaScript, AJAX, XHTML, XML and CSS.
* Excellent written and verbal skills.
* Background in delegating and overseeing other developers.

This is a hands on technical lead requiring very senior development skills and leadership abilities. Work in a multi-platform environment that offers consistent challenges and opportunities for advancement.
