Mandatory Requirements: Number of Position:-ONE, 1. 3 Years Experience analyzing user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing systems. 2. 3 Years Experience formulating logical descriptions of problems and devising optimum solutions. 3. 3 Years Experience providing technical assistance and support for applications and for information sharing with external entities in a customer service environment. 4. 3 Years Experience providing field coordination and planning for the effective use of management information systems. 5. 3 Years Experience analyzing, evaluating, and making recommendations concerning existing information technology/systems processes and the development of new procedures, standards, tools, and techniques. 6. 3 Years Details input and output record formats for computer programs 7. 3 Years Scanning and indexing records in a variety of formats 8. 2 Years Experience providing Tier II Support to customers over the phone, in writing, and in person.
Desirable Requirements: 1. 2 Years Experience in Records Information Management (RIM), with an emphasis on managing electronically stored information; 2. 3 Years Experience providing Tier II Support to customers over the phone, in writing, and in person. 3. 3 Years Proficient in MS Office Suite, with emphasis on Outlook 2003, specifically working with .pst files. 4. 2 Years Experience using Content Services/FileNet. 5.
