Business Analyst -- Full time position in Needham, MA

We are recruiting for a Business Analyst with full lifecycle software experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting with various stakeholders at different points in the Software Development Life Cycle and ensuring that all requirements are documented and met in the developed systems.

Required Skills

• Deep understanding of requirement gathering processes and disciplines.
• Ability to write effective Use Cases to document requirements
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills

Required Experience

• 3+ years of BA experience in Software Industry

• 3+ years of Use Case Analysis
• UML Modeling
• Software development experience is a strong plus
