SoftAssist is a nationally recognized learning and training company located in King of Prussia, PA. We have an immediate need for a full time, permanent Senior Instructional Designer.

Requirements:

• 3 -- 5 plus years of experience designing online learning content

• Lead instructional designer experience who has professional and personal skills to lead a small team of designers (mentoring, coaching and evangelizing, along with correction and redirection skills)

• Possess a creative approach to learning designs that will accelerate our existing national reputation

• Familiarity with adult learning theories, an understanding of the latest research in ISD and currency with the latest issues and solutions for adult learning and employee performance

• Excellent writing skills with a strong sense of quality control throughout your work

• Client presentation skills with strong verbal communications

• Technical proficiency with basic computer skills and MS desktop applications (an understanding and introductory level of experience with Flash would be a plus)
