North Jersey Retail Company is looking for hands on MS SQL Server 2008 Database Developer. Need someone with an IT background with a financial or accounting background. Needs to understand and MUST have worked with credits/debits, G/L, A/R, A/P, basic accounting procedures and SSRS. Position is 70% SQL and SSRS and 30% on the analytics, financial, sales, sales forecasting side, accountability of product productions and marketing campaigns. Must have experience in SQL Server 2005 or 2008 and SSRS as well as strong transactional database experience in an enterprise environment. Need to be a strong SQL developer and be able to create queries and reports from scratch. Will do reporting, data pulls, and data optimization. Will develop database Packages, Procedures, Triggers and Functions. This is an alive and energetic environment and candidates must be able to come out of the gate running. Experience with retail, remote transactions, e-commerce, or direct response is a major plus. No database development experience -- no interview! No relocation - must live in tri-state area!
