POSITION SUMMARY
Responsibilities for the Programmer Analyst position include requirements gathering, design, development and integration of new web-based applications as well as maintenance of existing applications. Programmer Analyst position requires working knowledge of web technology development, integration and deployment.


DETAILED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Communicate with management and clients, create use cases and gather system requirements.
• Participate in all phases of the software development process.
• Document software development/applications.
• Design test scenarios.
• Perform testing on applications.
• Other functions as required in the performance of TRX daily business requirements.


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
• This position has no supervisory responsibilities.


ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS:
• Work effectively in a team environment.
• Compliance with TRX SDLC processes and documentation procedures
• Must be flexible to work when needed with appropriate notice.


EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences or related field or 3-4 years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with all of the following technologies:
• 2+ years experience Delphi
• 4+ years experience with Visual Studio .NET / ASP.NET (C# or VB.NET)
• 3+ years years SQL Experience
• 3+ years with web related scripts such as HTML/DHTML/JavaScript
