DUTIES: You will be responsible for: (1) Managing and performing direct B2B sales activities to the Assisted Living Community (ALC) marketplace; (2) Designing sales strategy and coordinating and performing all sales activities with targeted ALC organizations; (3) Representing the organization at trade shows, conferences, symposiums, and in authoring white papers and other industry specific information and articles; (4) Effective prospecting and brand development through direct sales activities in the respective geographic territory; (5) Contract negotiation and account transition from competitive organizations; (6) Providing detailed information and feedback to executive management in assisting in the ongoing and proactive strategy enhancement to the marketplace.

REQUIRED:

STRONG/CURRENT direct sales experience to the SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility), ALC (Assisted Living Community), or LTC (Long Term Care) marketplace.

STRONG/CURRENT experience of working intimately with Medicare Part A and Part D with regards to pricing, margins, proformas, etc.
