Responsibilities:
• Develop customer-facing Silverlight .NET applications based on varying business needs
• Support existing software (written in .NET and T-SQL)
• Function as a self-guided and driven team member on a highly motivated technical team

Requirements:
• Microsoft .NET -- professional experience developing .NET solutions for Silverlight, ASP.NET, and SQL Server. Primary application development will be done in Silverlight 3.0, so real-world, business application development experience with Silverlight and/or WPF is a must.
• SQL Server -- advanced T-SQL skills and the ability to design, analyze and manipulate both new and existing databases housing large volumes of data is also a required. Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud-based development is also a plus.
• Additional Skills -- experience with PPC search marketing, SQL Analysis Services, data warehousing, IIS, accounting, finance, or graphic design a definite plus. Creative experience as UX developer a definite plus.
