Responsibilities:

Existing Customers:

Capacity Planning:

When a customer contacts us for new projects, we need to update capacity planning on Google docs.
There needs to be weekly capacity planning where customer needs are discussed and we have a plan on how that capacity requirement is to be met.
Participants will be the person maintaining the capacity sheet.

Customer Forecasting:

We have to analyze the needs of each customer and establish a rhythm where we then share their projections and forecast with them to firm up their demand way before the project starts.
This way we help them with their planning and effectively understand their schedule and pre-sell before they have an opportunity to think of anyone else.
Once we receive customer forecasts, capacity needs to be updated on Google.

Project Confirmation:

Dates need to be confirmed two weeks prior to the project commencement.
One week prior and then?
A couple of days before we need to make sure that we have all the information needed from the customer.

Quotations:

Needs to be prepared for all new projects.

Invoicing:

The invoice should actually be raised by this group.
Need interaction with operations to ensure that all the hours are properly accounted for.
Accounting department should check and record in the books of accounts.

Follow Up on Payments:

This should be done by the Accounts Receivable person in Accounting.

Required Skills :

Internet search skills.
Understand of travel and logistics planning for international travel.
Ability to communicate with customers with independent charge.
Should be proficient with MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
