Will be the SQL DBA for this 50+ person company. They are growing by leaps and bounds and need an expert to administer their database. It will be crucial to find someone who has both the experience and personality!






Required Skills and Experience



Top 3 Criteria:

EXPOSURE TO MULTI-SITE REDUNDANCY . (This means someone that has run concurrent sites that are both getting requests.for example, multiple data centers
Experience working with "high availability" (which is a tool /feature of SQL 2005)
EXPERT level DBA in SQL 2005
Must be available for emergencies and have a sense of urgency.
Should have encryption methodology experience within SQL 2005.
Candidate can be from any industry but ecommerce/financial industry would be a plus.
Should have experience with planning disaster recovery
