We are seeking a Senior Desktop support person. The position is located in Manhattan, New York
The responsibilities require
1. Experienced in Vista deployment and support is Required
2. WDS ( Windows Deployment Services)
3. Working with users on desktop issues
4. Interfacing with Corporate in Florida if a problem arises.
5. Supporting office staff
6. Must be professional and proper dress attire.
To be considered you need to have the following:
Vista support experience
MS Office 2007 support experience
Network cabling and crimping experience Good TCP/IP knowledge
Hands on experience in imaging laptops for deployment
Experience with Routing/Switching on Cisco
Excellent communication skills
